1.0 IRCd’s

1.1 Ircd’s are prohibited to be linked to Network’s that support the distribution of File’s breaching copy write laws.
1.2 Ircd’s have limited User connection’s these must not be exceeded. If these are exceeded a $5 Penalty will be charged per 50 Extra Users.
1.3 Ircd’s have a limited Bandwidth usage this must not be exceeded, if they are exceed the owner will be charged to pay $5 per Gigabyte that is used beyond the service limit.
1.4 Ircd’s are not permitted to be linked/connected to networks that have more then eight active links/connections to the Network, as this will cause high load on our servers, hence other users will have a lesser experience.

2.0 Web Hosting

2.1 Hosting Pornography on HostsMe.Net Web Hosting accounts is Prohibited, Any adult content found will be quarantined immediately and accounts suspended.
2.2 Web hosting account MUST not be used to do distribute files breaching copy write laws.
2.3 Once the limitation of bandwidth has been reached on all hosting services the customer will be charged $5 Ger Gigabyte.

3.0 Dedicated Games Server

3.1 Dedicated games server have limited Users that are allowed to access the server at a time, if this is changed prior to notice of a HostsMe.Net Admin accounts will be suspended until the situation is rectified.

4.0 FTP’s

4.1 The FTP that is supplied by HostsMe.Net with accounts must not be used for the distribution of pornography or files that breach the copy write law’s.
4.2 Downloads from FTP will be counted as part of the monthly limitations.
4.3 Once the limitation of bandwidth has been reached on all hosting services the customer will be charged $5 Ger Gigabyte.

5.0 SSH

5.1 The services we supply must not be used to DDOS or attack other networks or computers.
5.2 SSH is a Secure Client connection program if your account has been stolen contact us on Admin@HostsMe.Net and some one from our staff will get in contact with you.
5.3 SSH must not be used to run applications you where not permitted to run, including “Iroffer” or External FTP Programs.

6.0 Linux Shell

          6.1 Linux shells are not to be used to scan or gain entry to remote networks or computers.
                

HostsMe.Net Reserves the right to View All Files Located on our server/s without
user permission.

All payments to HostsMe.Net are non refundable.

Any attempt to “Hack” HostsMe.Net’s server/s is logged and you will be prosecuted.

If any of the above terms are breached your account may be suspended or even disconnected without prior warning, repeat offenders will have their account immediately disconnected and will be Banned from using HostsMe.Net services in the future.

The AUP (acceptable use policy) may change with out prior warning. It is left to the customer to check the AUP (acceptable use policy) for new regulations. All new regulations will be shown on the AUP (acceptable use policy).
